Manufactured in compliance with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH) specifications and IRC guidelines, these guardrails are extensively used on national highways, expressways, bridges, flyovers, medians, embankments and other critical road sections. The system comprises galvanized steel beam rails, steel posts, spacer blocks, fasteners and terminal sections engineered to absorb impact forces and safely guide vehicles back onto the roadway. Highway guardrails are available in W Beam and Thrie Beam configurations with various containment levels to suit different traffic conditions and site requirements. Constructed from high-strength steel and protected with hot-dip galvanization, the guardrail systems offer superior corrosion resistance, structural strength and long service life under diverse environmental conditions. All components are manufactured in accordance with MORTH Section 800, IRC:SP:84 and IRC:119 standards, making them suitable for modern highway infrastructure projects across India.
In-house roll-forming, press fabrication and hot-dip galvanising: as the direct manufacturer, Auroguard Private Limited controls every stage — steel intake with mill test certificates, profile forming to MoRTH geometry, and dimensional QC before dispatch.
