Metal Beam Crash Barrier systems are designed to improve road safety by preventing vehicles from leaving the carriageway and reducing the severity of accidents. Manufactured in accordance with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH) specifications and IRC guidelines, these barriers are widely installed on national highways, expressways, bridges, medians, flyovers, embankments and critical roadside sections. The system comprises galvanised steel beam rails, steel posts, spacer blocks, fasteners and terminal sections engineered to absorb and redirect vehicular impact energy safely. Available in W Beam and Thrie Beam configurations, the barriers can be supplied in multiple containment levels to suit varying traffic and site requirements. All components are manufactured from high-strength steel and are hot-dip galvanised to provide superior corrosion resistance and long service life under Indian climatic conditions. The barrier systems comply with IRC:SP:84, IRC:119 and MORTH Section 800 requirements and are suitable for high-speed corridors and infrastructure projects across India.
